Grant Morrell brings a dynamic blend of strategic insight, operational discipline, and people-first leadership to the healthcare space. His background in pharmaceutical operations and safety coordination shaped his sharp eye for efficiency, compliance, and systems that actually work in the real world—not just on paper.
When he moved into the compounding pharmacy space, he quickly became the bridge between business development and internal operations—pairing sales strategy with hands-on process refinement to support sustainable growth. He’s known for translating vision into workflow, and ideas into outcomes, without losing sight of the human element.
At his core, Grant is a builder of both people and momentum. A natural connector with grounded charisma, he has a way of making those around him feel seen, valued, and capable of more. His leadership style is equal parts visionary and pragmatic—he dreams big but moves deliberately, and tends to bring others along for the ride.

Dianne Morrell | Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Dianne Morrell is a nationally recognized healthcare strategist, consultant, and educator with a proven track record of helping clinics, providers, and pharmacies achieve sustainable growth through innovative solutions in integrative and regenerative medicine. As the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Nexus Healthcare Solutions, Dianne brings decades of combined expertise in clinical education, compounding strategy, operational development, and market expansion.
Dianne is widely regarded as a thought leader in the evolving landscape of functional medicine, peptide therapy, hormone optimization, and cash-pay clinic development. Her unique ability to bridge clinical insight with practical business strategy has made her a trusted advisor to top-performing med spas, hormone and wellness practices, and compounding pharmacies across the country.
At Nexus Healthcare Solutions, Dianne leads the charge in formulary development, 503A and 503B pharmacy partnerships, and clinical training programs that empower providers to implement evidence-based protocols with confidence. She is deeply committed to improving patient outcomes through personalized medicine and helping practices navigate the complex regulatory environment of compounded therapies, GLP-1 weight management, and anti-aging interventions.

Dr. Luis Martinez, MD, MPH | Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Luis Martínez is a world-renowned specialist in Regenerative Medicine, Anti-aging, and Longevity Medicine, as well as a highly sought-after speaker and educator. He earned his medical degree at The Ponce School of Medicine and completed his residency training at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, he completed an Advanced Training Course in Stem Cells in Cancer at the Ponce Health Sciences University/Magee Research Institute consortium. Dr. Martínez is board certified in Clinical Lipidology and holds a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology. He is fellowship trained in Biosecurity.
As president of Xanogene Clinic, Dr. Martínez specializes in Regenerative and Age Management Medicine. He is the founder and president of Regenera Global, a multinational corporation focused on biotech product development, research, and clinical consulting. Co-founding the Clinical Peptide Society, he has been instrumental in advancing the use of peptide therapeutics and educating physicians. In collaboration with the Age Management Medicine Group, he developed the world’s first Peptide Certification Program, educating hundreds of physicians.
Dr. Martínez established the Senotherapeutic Network, which focuses on the clinical applications of Senolytics and Senotherapeutics, and trains physicians in Regenerative and Age Management Medicine through his physician training portal, Elite Group MD. He recently founded the Caribbean Anti-Aging Medicine Association, dedicated to advancing Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine through education, research, and networking.
With over 14 years of experience in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), Dr. Martínez was one of the first physicians to offer subcutaneous pellet therapy in Puerto Rico and remains an active practitioner. He pioneered the certified course in BHRT and subcutaneous pellet insertion in Puerto Rico, training hundreds of physicians in these methods. Additionally, Dr. Martínez has built multiple successful cash-pay clinics, demonstrating his expertise in the business of medicine.
Amy Wrenn, APRN, FNP-BC | Clinical Training & Education Manager
Amy Wrenn is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in women’s health, hormone optimization, and integrative medicine. She currently serves as the Clinical Training & Education Manager at Nexus, where she leads provider education, develops clinical protocols, and supports practices in delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care.
Amy is also a co-founder of the Advanced Practitioner Network (APN), a collaborative community focused on mentoring and empowering healthcare professionals through clinical education, case-based learning, and peer-to-peer support. Through APN, she helps providers elevate their confidence and clinical skills in the areas of hormone therapy, peptides, and medical weight loss.
Her background includes 15 years in obstetrics and gynecology as a registered nurse, followed by advanced practice experience specializing in BHRT, longevity medicine, and regenerative therapies. Amy is passionate about equipping clinicians with the tools, training, and ongoing guidance needed to confidently practice at the forefront of functional and integrative care.
In addition to her clinical and leadership roles, Amy is a national speaker, educator, and author who is committed to transforming midlife medicine for both patients and practitioners.

Nikki Brogan is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 11 years of experience, including 9 years specializing in Functional and Integrative Medicine. She has held pivotal leadership roles such as Vice President, Practice Administrator, and Director of Operations—bringing a strong track record of driving growth and innovation in healthcare organizations.
Nikki holds a dual Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and Marketing, which uniquely positions her to bridge clinical operations with strategic growth initiatives. Passionate about helping businesses elevate, and thrive, she focuses on creating operational efficiencies and impactful marketing strategies—two foundational pillars she believes are essential to long-term success and better patient outcomes.
